TGO workouts feature expert trainers 

  • TGO Trainer and Sky TV presenter, Marvin Ambrosius - formerly obese, Marvin transformed his own body and mind with activity, going on to become Sky TV's Fit in 5 presenter. Marvin's passion and enthusiasm for physical activity, how inclusive and fun it is, inspires young and old, inactive through to elites! 
     
  • Kesson Physio - Denise Kesson, Adrian Riggs and their team of physiotherapists have treated thousands of people for their physical ailments or sporting injuries over the past 3 decades. Kesson Physio have created a series of physio-based classes, specifically for people with health conditions including chronic pain, mobility issues, osteoarthritis, diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, depression and anxiety.
     
  • Rob Lindley, Firefighter Fit Kids - a firefighter and Dad to young kids, Rob specialises in family fitness with fun and healthy activities for children of all ages, Mums, Dads and grandparents to do altogether. His energetic and friendly style draws people in and keeps people coming back.
  • Nicky Willis, yoga teacher - Nicky's been teaching yoga for over 7 years and TGO has always loved her all-inclusive and friendly style. Nicky has designed yoga classes for the TGO Smart Activator Screen that are tailored for beginners and those who want to extend their practice. 
     
  • TGO Big Community Workout with Ad-Lib Training - a fun and inclusive 30 minute session for all fitness levels to improve cardiovascular health, build strength and tone up, the ideal tool to get the most from your TGO gym.
     
  • Power sessions with Sarah Ford - Sarah transformed her own lifestyle and physical health with strength training, going on to be crowned the Natural Bodybuilding British and World Figure Champion. Sarah's a paramedic by day and she's a qualified PT. Her sessions are inclusive with exercises on and off the TGO equipment with progression for those who want to advance.

HIIT

All-Inclusive HIIT with Marvin Ambrosius

TGO Trainer and Sky TV 'Fit in 5' presenter, Marvin Ambrosius, takes you through a quick HIIT routine, great for your body and your mind. Warm up with Marvin, then rotate through his main workout circuit (with exercises on and off TGO gym equipment) and cool down to finish. 

Physio

Kesson Physio Beginners Class with Luke

It's amazing how simple and effective physical activity can be if you know how! In this physio session with Luke, you'll learn how easy it is to improve your physical health and fitness. This session is fine for all fitness levels, young people to older people. It's also designed with people who have health condition in mind including chronic pain, mobility issues, osteoarthritis, diabetes, cancer, depression or anxiety. 

Strength

Full Body Power with Sarah Ford 

The world of strength-building might seem like it's only for fitness elites. But think again! British and World Natural Figure Champion, Sarah Ford, transformed her own health and fitness with this beginners strength building routine, going from a lifestyle of smoking and eating unhealthily to becoming world champ! It's easy to build strength when you know how. Let Sarah guide you through the moves to do at your TGO gym and off the equipment too.

Yoga

Soothe, Strengthen & Stretch Yoga with Nicky Willis 

Nicky's been teaching yoga for over 7 years and we love her all-inclusive and friendly style. Follow Nicky's awakening flow in this session for all ages and fitness levels.

 

CARDIO; TONING

TGO Big Community Workout (BCW)

This BCW produced with Ad-Lib Training and TGO Community Activators in Ealing has inclusivity at its heart. 30 minutes of fun, varied physical activity for young people to older people. Activities are tailored for your fitness level with options on and off our outdoor gym equipment. The BCW will inspire your TGO gym sessions in the park and give you moves to take home to your living room or back garden! 

Family Fitness

Family Fit with Rob Lindley 

Get active with all your family and friends with TGO Trainer Rob Lindley. He's a firefighter, triathlete and Dad of twins, so he knows a thing or two about keeping active with a busy life. In this fun and uplifting activity session, you'll get great cardio activity for heart and lung health and you can choose your favourite activities from our pick 'n' mix selections! There are activities on and off the TGO gym equipment with a great warm up to start and cool down to finish. Let's go! 

Physio

Kesson Physio Better Balance with Saffron 

Saffron designed this Better Balance class to improve people’s confidence and balance and reduce the risk of falls. The class has been a great success in face-to-face sessions, so now we’re bringing it to you online! Warm up with Saffron. Then do 3 sets of 12 repetitions of her main workout exercises – pick from the TGO gym exercises and floor-based alternatives.  Finish with a cool down.
