In this fun and uplifting activity session with Rob, you’ll get a great cardio boost for your heart and lung health and you can choose your favourite activities from our pick ‘n’ mix selections. It's all about getting active and happy with great moves for the whole family to do together. Who can do the best Superman? Who can ski like a champ? Box and quick jump your way to feeling great! Enjoy the moves on and off the TGO gym equipment with paired activities so that you can do this full workout in any location you like. There's an easy-to-follow warm up to start and a cool down to finish. Let’s do this!

Class features
- Warm up for 2 minutes with Rob to raise your heart rate and loosen your muscles
- Main workout: alternate between floor-based and bodyweight exercises and the TGO gym kit with alternative exercises you can do in any location - 7 x 2 minute activities for cardio fitness and strength building
- Cool down with Rob for 2 minutes at the end
- Do this class anywhere - at your local TGO, in the park and/or at home
