Let Sarah guide you through the moves to do at your TGO gym with bodyweight/ resistance band alternative moves to do in any location. You'll need a resistance band for three of Sarah Ford's off-kit exercises.

Class features
- Full body strength building moves to do at your local TGO gym AND at home
- 6 TGO gym strength building exercises with 6 off-kit alternative exercises (resistance band required for 3 off-kit moves)
- Warm up then 3 working sets: 8-12 reps per set
- Repeat 2-3 times per week for great results
