This Beginners Exercise Class designed by movement experts, Kesson Physiotherapy, provides people who are new or returning to activity with an easy way in to working out. Aimed at improving overall physical performance, class goers are led through a programme combining equipment-based and floor exercises. It is hugely motivating and a fun way to improve physical and mental wellbeing. Do this class 2-3 times per week and track your activity and wellbeing as you go. You can also get this class free in the TGO Activate Couch to Park package (3 classes for the price of 2).

Class features
- Led by an exercise health professional
- 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down included
- 8 main workout exercises, repeated 3 times - 1 minute on each exercise with 30 seconds rest
- All TGO gym activities have floor-based alternative exercises, so you can do this class in any location
- Combination of aerobic activity and strength building
