A gentle introduction to the benefits of good movement and posture, great for your body and your mind. Guided by our professional Pilates instructor, Saffron, the first of our entry-level classes helps you to begin mobilising your joints and using your body more efficiently, to ease any aches, pains and restricted movement. It's also a great class for people of all ages and fitness levels to learn techniques for core strength development and increasing flexibility. This class is also available in the Kesson Physio Complete Pilates Package (4 Pilates classes for the price of 3).
